Kristoffer Källeskog brings wide experience of
financing, company sales and acquisitions, both as
advisor and principal, and with privately-held and
listed companies, to his role of Partner.
He was
previously Director of a venture capital company based
in London and Sweden, where he was responsible for
private equity investments and portfolio management. In
this capacity, he led a range of investments as well as
performing successful divestments through IPOs and
industrial sales.
Previous
positions with a Swedish-based international software
company included company M&A. He has also helped to
found, and held chairman/directorships of, several
technology companies in the UK, Scandinavia and Central
Europe.
He holds
a Master of Law degree from Lund University, Sweden,
complemented by qualifications in business and finance
from Lund and Grenoble University, France.
