Previous positions with a Swedish-based international software company included company M&A, financial analysis, valuation and transaction structuring. He has also helped to found, and held directorships of, several technology companies in the UK, Scandinavia and Central Europe.

He holds a Master of Law degree from Lund University, Sweden, complemented by qualifications in business and finance from Lund and Grenoble University, France.
